Not on my side. I don't have any firewall. Is there a way to detect if my ISP has one ?

Nearly every ISP has one (or more).

Have you ever tried a tool like Ethereal to monitor the traffic? It would allow you to see which stage of connection it stopped at and probably can show a hint or two about the reason. It requires at least basic knowledge of TCP protocol, however.
