quick question: Key controls for compiz?

After ~ 14 months on and off trying to get the closed source fglrx driver for my ATI card working (thank you Fedora for your modified X.org which stopped things working -->now using ubuntu, and also thanks to ATI, for ignoring my ticket requests!) I now after a lot of fiddling have direct rendering and compiz on KDE.

However, what are the key controls for using the spinny cube?
i.e. how do I make my screen look like this:

Hold down <alt> and ... ? Something like that?

I searched key controls compiz on google and didn't find anything...

thanks
btw: does anyone know if/where there's a mailing list for XGL?
.

When I ran compiz under GNOME on Debian, you could check and change the keyboard shortcuts using gconf. Try running that from the terminal and see if you can find the settings in there somewhere.

Try these here:compiz-key-combinations-list/

Spinny cube should be <ctrl>+<alt>+ left or right arrow key

or to hold the cube for screenshot: <ctrl>+<alt> and drag with mouse

Hmm. I've got it set that way in compiz-settings GUI. sort of.
http://www.mypicshare.com/0kf3o1f4pic.html

I've got the wobbly windows, etc. but pressing e.g. <ctrl>+<alt>+left arrow key just doesn't do anything (whether I press <Shift>+<Ctrl>+<alt>+a to "initiate" first or not - see pic above). I feel like I've missed something really simple here...

Could these keys be being used by something else?
...Some things work (e.g. alt-tab), some things don't...
