Is it possible to set a maximum folder size? KDE
hello world
is it possible to set a maximum folder size in KDE, or linux at all? I want to make a folder which has a maximum of x gigabytes. It's for multiple things;
- backup DVD, burns when backup folder has its size.
- DROPBOX network folder with a maximum in size so my network users cant use my full capicity.
Offcourse its possible with a little BASH script, but i was wondering why i could not find it in KDE itself...
Some things i was thinkin about:
- every kde folder has a file called: .directory
For the trash its like:
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Directory
Icon=trashcan_full
EmptyIcon=trashcan_empty
was thinking if i could add a rule here...
plz help me out.
