Check out your USer Control Panel look all the way to the right hand side of your screen about 2 inches from the top.

Should say Edit Desktop Image

I submitted a new one, nothing fancy, just a fluxbox screenshot on my regular desktop machine I use to browse, email, and other simple stuff. It should appear once Jeremy approves it..
