I have created a wallpaper for linux and I hope you guys like it.
This was inspired by a Windows wallpaper, though. But later I found that Windows wallpaper was actually using the background of MacOS X. However, I have created this one from the ground up so there shouldn't be any copyright problem
With all due respect, it doesn't say much, it's played too safe IMHO.
Why don't you take something that *really* interests you and make a wallpaper out of that?
I don't think it's all that bad. I prefer minimalist backgrounds for when I'm using something with a transparent window. Also, when I have files on the desktop it helps keeping them from getting hidden in the artwork.
I'd consider using it, but I like to have backgrounds that are mostly black.
