powerplane LQ Newbie Registered: Apr 2003 Location: P.R. China Distribution: FreeBSD 4.8 stable Posts: 26 Rep:	how to start PostgreSQL under cygwin? I am a newbie to pgsql, also a newbie to cygwin. My only nix experience is fbsd. I did not figure out a way to start pgsql, because it seems that cygwin doesn't have rc.d system, I didn't find any start up script.....
