If you run fsck with the -c or -c -c options, it should do it for you.

WARNING: run it at your own risk it's not my fault if you lose all your data.

It means executing fsck command will remove all the data from the hard disk ? Any solution to prevent this ?

And how to remove bad sectors if nothing is installed on the hard disk ? NO OS INSTALLED !

Get Knoppix, run fsck on the HDD
It means you could lose data when it repairs the HDD - not definielty will. In fact,. I rarely do.

No, it's not definite that you will lose data, only that you may do.

Knoppix will work, but any Linux bootable CD includes fsck which you can run to find bad blocks. (for that matter any bootable floppy should also contain fsck).

For example, the Debian bootable install cd will work fine for running fsck.
