I would have posted this on one of the hacking threads, but they were quite correctly closed.
My compliments to everyone who refused to post an answer. You did good, but for the wrong reason. The issue wasn't if the asker was legitimate or not.
The issue is this is an open forum on the Internet. Just because the person asking it was legit doesn't mean everyone who reads the thread is. My guess is any sleaze could type "Hacking Windows" into Google and it would show those threads as hits.
I have no doubt that many of our regulars here could do what was asked--I'm impressed that everyone displayed the common sense to not post how.
Of course, special kudos (the warm, fuzzy ones) to Chris who shut down these threads not once, but twice.
