Lightbulb Could this article be retitled "Ten Simple Rules for Getting Help from LQ"?

absolutely. Especially the part about using a good title. I know I ignore posts with titles like "help" or "hello there".

But if the title tells me that I may have some knowledge of the problem, I always read it to see if I have any information I can offer.
