Computer Support Annoyances

As if this hasn't been done a hundred times already, I always like to see whats getting under computer support folks skin. I'll start,...

I hate when you are having a network issue and someone calls saying that their "internet" is down. Then when you tell them that the entire network is down, they respond with, "that's what I said,...the internet is down."

ARGH!

It's best to dumb it down for alot of people. Usually I'll add a general statement.
"The internet is down because our computer network is down."

Note: You may have trouble explaining things to some people without them looking at you like you're stupid. Also, some things are best left unexplained... Just say "We're working on it."

How about the ones who call their computer a hard drive
or the ones that call a 3.5" floppy a hard disk
or the ones that call a USB flash drive a memory stick.
