Can i extract an ISO in windowsXP?


I want to extract an ISO file for a live CD distro of DSL or nUbuntu so that i can copy it onto my USB/SD Card. How would i do this in Windows?

You can use Virtual-CD or Daemon Tools or good old Winrar. There are many tools to do this, but if its just extraction, I suggest you use Winrar, its a gem.
