How many posts do I need to be able to have an avatar ?

A "Profile Picture" can be added :

E.g. : LQ UserCP >>> Edit Profile Picture

If you're thinking of an avatar/picture to be shown under the username on the left like in other forums do, I believe that feature is blocked.

Although these are a couple of years old, the advice given is still current. We do not allow avatars and there are no plans to do this. Unless you are Jeremy - root/LQ Big Daddy/Benevolent Dictator.
