Question How to add an avatar to my profile?

I have done a search in the LQWiki and looked over the Control Panel settings and found where to activate avatar but I never see anywhere to actually upload one??"

Friendly FYI: I did do a search as I stated in my post. And also the auto "similar posts" but did not pull that link up. Wonder why?

Using my mad Indiana Jones archeological skillz I was able to find evidence of thread from 2002 asking this very question. The ancients didn't allow avatars and we keep the faith by continuing to not allow them. Hail Jeremy, the BDFL!

There are no avatars here at LQ and no plans to add them. Members in the Senior Member group can, however, upload a picture to their profile page.
