Okay the install screen doesn't show.

I tried to use the graphical installer and when it boots to it the entire screen is a jumbled/garbled mess. The only thing that looks proper is the mouse pointer. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you have an incorrect screen resolution, refresh rate problem. Did you look in the HCL to see if your Vid controller is compatable? You could also do a text install and change xorg settings later.

Ya I am doing a text based install now. It says my Nvidian card is an unknown car 0092 or 092 both mean the same I guess. I will just update the video drivers with a package once installed.
