You have a Selinux problem , from the SU command line you would run the command /sbin/setenforce 0
which would put selinux in the permissive mode and prevent any further Selinux errors from popping up and stopping installation.
But I not so sure if you have the SU mode in the "Live Cd" mode.
After the installation, you do a "update", there are some updates for Selinux to fix some
of the Selinux problems. but not all.
I'm getting Selinux errors in Fedora 7, 8 .
