Exclamation Cannot use up2date

I am running Fedora core 1 and when i use up2date (the update thing) it downloads all the packages etc and looks like it is installing them - but once it has finished it just quits - and it hasnt really installed anything as when i run it again im back where i started - what do you think?

Up2date has a "download only" option wherein it downloads but does not install the updates. Look in the file /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date for a line like this:

retrieveOnly=0

If it's set to 1, change it to a zero. If not, then it's comething else.
