where is volume control?

I have Fedora 13 and I want to add sound volume control to the panel but I cant find it. When I open "Add to panel" window and search for "volume" word there is no software found.
What is the RPM I need to install volume control? What is the binary command that I have to run to open this program?

Fedora 13 reached end of life almost a year and a half ago. You might consider moving to something that is still supported.
