Virtual Editor for Native eclipse

Hi, I've installed fedora core 4, mostly because I didn't want a version not the newest, but also because I wantet eclipse. I wantet eclipse both beacause netbeans was to ugly, but also because I wanted to develop java-gnome applications, which eclipse was better for. Now I have found out, that gtk is much less configurable and easy than swing. Also I think glade 2 misses a bit. (Glade 3 sounds to be better).
Now, eclipse doesn't have a graphical edior build in, but it has a log of plugins. I've tried to install windowmaker, jigloo and ve, but I can't get any of the working. Neither from zips or from the updatemanager. (On the eclipse forums, they say that the update manager isn't updated for eclipse 3.1).
So, I'd just like if anyone has got jigloo, ve or something like it running under native eclipse for fedora core 4? If you have, then please tell me how.
