Upgrade to Fedora 37 - Nvidia kernel module missing, falling back to nouveau” on boot

I saw a similar thread in AskFedora but I don't think the solution is necessarily the same.

https://discussion.fedoraproject.org...n-boot/77507/1

I upgraded from fedora 36 to 37 via dnf and after I rebooted I can no longer use a second monitor because my OS cannot detect the nvidia driver. I'm pretty new with troubleshooting on fedora so I would like some help.

Code:
dmesg | grep -iE 'secure|nvidia|nouveau'

Update:

I realized that the drivers installed on my computer were not using fedora 37, so I did another sudo dnf --upgrade --refresh, which then updated the nvidia modules.

So this seems to have fixed the issue, as I no longer see that error upon boot.

The monitor on the HDMI though is a little wonky as I need to move my cursor on the monitor to get the monitor to refresh, but this feels more of an issue with nvidia than an issue with fedora.
