Upgrade Fed 6 to Fed 8 using only the *.iso

I have a Fed 6 system which is networked. I want to upgrade it to Fed 8 using only the fed 8 image I downloaded. The reason I don't want to use the local DVD is later I might be doing it to several other Fed 6 installs and won't have this option, so I want to learn doing it this way first. I can copy the iso to its local disk if needed, or (preferably because of the other stuff coming up) stick it on a share on another machine. Thanks.

Use PXE boot [1] or a boot CD with "linux askmethod" then you can choose where to obtain the install packages (http, ftp, nfs).
