Smile Solution: FC6 Update didn't reset YUMEX's mirror cache

After I upgraded my FC5 to FC6, I noticed that yumex was finding fc5 programs instead of the expected fc6 ones. When I looked into /var/cache/yum/yumex-mirror-cache.conf, I saw that the fc5 mirrors, rather than the fc6 ones were listed.

Deleting the file and re-running yumex seems to have fixed the problem for now.

That's odd.
At least on my system, yumex uses the same config files as yum.
And those files uses $releasever, so getting the right repositories is automatic.

Well, yes, that's true. (yumex is, after all, just a front-end to yum.) Apparently, though, if the mirror-cache values are incorrect, yumex will force yum to use those incorrect values. (In fact, I seem to recall that, at one point, yum itself seemed to be returning fc5 values too.)

The mirror-cache entries have the $relesever, etc., macros expanded. Probably because the macros have to be resolved before the URL can actually be used, so it's natural to store them in that form.
