seclvl bootup error

In my quest to have a fully optimized linux kernel I've configed my own from scratch, I had to iron out bugs and problems with failed applications on startup. But this one is really puzzling me.

When I boot my Fedora Core 4, on the initial boot screen I get the error:

seclvl: seclvl_init: seclvl: Failure registering with the kernel.
seclvl: seclvl_init: seclvl: Failure registering with primary security module.
seclvl: Error during initialization: rc = [-22]

The machine still boots no problem and no problems other than the bootup error have been found. I think it may be something to do with SeLinux but I have tried enabling it and disabling it in the kernel but neither solves the problem.

Has anyone come across this and do they know what the solution may be?

Regards
