Problems with mounting "unknown file system type 'ntfs' "

Hy guys I'm tryng to mount my windows ntfs partition, but if I type in " mount hdb1 /windisk" ( hdb1 is my second prt, and windisk is a direktory that I made to use for mounting winxphdd) than I get the error " unknown file system type 'ntfs' " I also try other partitions but the error keeps coming. what is the problem ???
I can use my ntfs normaly, I have dual boot, WinXPpro_sp2 and fedoraCore4, both working ok. what is the problem now ???

You need to add a kernel module to mnt a ntfs disk in FC4.
