"PCI: Cannot allocate..." error message at boot FC2 ?!?!

One of the first messages I see after I press a selection in GRUB is:
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 0 of device 0000:00:00.0

My system:
P4 3.2GHz (Northwood)
Asus P4P800 (bios 1018)
1GB RAM (2 x 512MB)
ATI Radeon 9200SE
Adaptec 39160 controller (firmware 3.10.00)
Seagate Baraccuda 7200.7 120GB 8MB buffer (Parallal ATA)
Seagate Baraccuda 7200.7 120GB 8MB buffer (Serial ATA)
Seagate Cheetah 15k.3 73GB

What does it mean?

Thanks,
Tom
