BEFORE YOU START********** GO HERE>>>>

BE sure of the Kernel Version you have
You need to download a NTFS RPM for your RedHat Linux (which number is it?) since it doesn't support NTFS after you install it. Make sure you know which version of your kernel you are using so you can download the right module by running "uname -r" at the prompt. Then, head over to...
http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/rpm/fedora2.html Follow instructions there to install the module. Then, do
mkdir /mnt/windows <------or what you want to call it
mount -t ntfs /dev/hda1 /mnt/windows
And if it works, then add this line in your /etc/fstab so that it would get mounted everytime you boot RedHat Linux,
/dev/hda1 /mnt/windows ntfs defaults 0 0
may sound like some repitition but strangs things can happen Good Luck
