I have installed Fedora 11 on a friends daughter's laptop because Windows locked up. The system has a Netgear wireless router hooked to a desktop running XP. Fedora works when hooked to the DSL cable but does not work with the wireless system though it did with Vista on it. Every time I check, the device monitor says the NIC is inactive and I can't activate manually. Any suggestions?
