For fedora 8 and 10 . Both are PAST there End Of Life
There is/has/and never will be ANY updates to fedora 8 or 10 ever.
They are UNSUPPORTED and INSECURE .
for 200+ computers WHY WAS A R & D distro like fedora installed in the first place
That was NOT a good decision
as to configuring Squid -- Install a Long life distro like rhel5.4 ( or CentOS5.4)
then install and configure squid.
