Getting Enlightenment to work in Fedora?
It appears from a few posts that some folks have gotten Enlightenment to work in Fedora. How did you do it.
I am trying to install E-16.6. I had to (and still am) trying to work through several dependency problems. I am stuck at an error saying that I need to have libpng.so.2 installed. Fedora appears to have an updated libpng package which contains. libpng.so.3. I can't seem install an older package that has the .2 file, because depency issues won't let me remove the newer package. Tried creating symbolic links names libpng.so.2, but that doesn't work. I appear to be stuck.
If anyone has gotten it to work, I'd sure appreciate some thoughts. Did you run into this problem, or am I missing some easy way to do it.
