"I was wondering if anyone is working on a Live CD completely based on Fedora. I found some links, but I'm not quite satisfied with what I've found: either unstable development releases or just some plans for fedora or a mix-up with another distro.
I really need this. I could even begin a project like this, but I don't know where to start.

You can use LifeBoat to create a Fedora live CD.
