Fedora 7 Monitor Clone Not wanted

I have installed Fedora 7, and my problem is I have two Acer X221 monitors and right now they are cloned. I would like to have them as a spanned desktop (one full desktop). I have tried to use the display utility, however when I check okay, nothing changes. What do I need to do? I have copied my Xorg.conf file and would appreciate any help to get me going so that I can drop Windows. Thank you, AceMan.

PS-My video card is an ATI 9800XT
