Fedora 10--USB HDD

I have a 3.5" SATA drive in a USB enclosure. I can't boot the i386 iso of Fedora 10 or pretty much anything else in it. I always get the "no boot sector found" error. I was considering using the USB thumb drive version but I need more than the small "live" fedora setup. I downloaded the .iso torrent, installed it on dvd and threw it on the hard drive and got nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
cnote

Install from the live disk and then add whatever else you need via yum.
