hey fellas, just put the newest core on my laptop yesterday. i've been pretty pleased with it so far. the live cd makes the download much less of a pain. so here's the deal: i'm running the x64 version, and when i bring the machine back from suspend i get a black screen with a mouse pointer. i can move the pointer, but the system is otherwise unresponsive.
any ideas what i should look for? i appreciate any thoughts or help you can provide!
I tried Fedora 10 KDE, and have same problems as you and others, there is less problem with the GNOME , try the DVD version with GNOME , according to few people, they encountered no problem this way. If you could wait for a bug fix, otherwise it can be frustrating.

giving the dvd a shot today. if this doesn't go well, i think i may attempt to build a LFS install. i'll update after this dvd install completes.
