FC2 weird after update (trash can&keyboard)
After running the Red Hat Network update on FC2 RHN updated gnomelibs to 2.6.0-3 and the kernel was updated to 2.6.7-1.494.2.2. These were the only two packages updated.
Now when I click on the trash can on the desktop I get
"trash: is not a valid location check spelling and try again."
I can drop files into the trash but the trash can will not open.
Also, my keyboard keys no long repeat like for cursor movement or backspace. If I want to erase something I need to keep pressing the backspace key instead of just holding it down. I have gone into the keyboard preferences control and if I check the box for "key press repeats when held down" I get
"Type mismatch: expected int got float for key/desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/rate
Type mismatch: expected int got float for
key/desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/delay"
Everything was great before these updates. Any idea what is going on here or what I can do?"
