Document required about Fedora source code


I want to find a peice of code in Fedora Kernel about the packets which kernel receives from network interface card. Is there any document or way to find that peice of code.

I have seached alot but I could not find any documentation about linux kernel source code.

Have you looked in the kernel documentation thats usually included in the kernel tarballs from kernel.org.
