Could someone please help me with a FC5 sound issue

hey guys my sound on FC5 has been working ok since ive installed FC5. There were a few times when sound would stop and I'd have to reboot, but now sound has completely stopped working and I didnt do anything to my laptop. Could someone take a look at my sound log and/or give me some advice on how I can get my sound back.

Thanks,
nomb
