Centrino WLAN Error Message (FC 3)

Hi,

I installed succesfully the Intel IPW2200 Centrino-WLAN card, but I get the following error message when I try to activate the card:

<snip>
Error for wireless request "Set Bit Rate" (8B20) :
SET failed on device eth1 ; Operation not supported.
</snip>

After that a message comes up saying that there was an error getting the IP-address.

Does somebody know the solution to my problem?

Thanks in advance.

Greetings,
Markus Strohmeier
