Can Fedora always boot from CD ROM

Hi, All:

A few days ago, when I installed Fedora 2 on a dual boot system, things messed up, after installation, windows cannot boot up, it was an horrible experience. So on next Fedora installation, I do not want to install GRUB bootloader, instead, I wonder if I can let Fedora always boot from a CD ROM ? That is, create a boot CD ROM, everytime, just let Fedora boot from it. (Since I do not have floppy on the machine).

I assume it's just that you would have to burn a CD-ROM that is bootable and includes some bootloader, say Grub, that knows where your Linux installation is (kernel, partition etc.) because that's what you do when you create a bootdisk (floppy) just make it on cd-rom..and make your BIOS boot first from CD, then from HD.

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
