Can't get it to install....

Got my new asus a8n-sli premium amd 64x2 4400 + and nividia x700 pro all up and running. With windows 64 I raided my western digital drives together and that worked fine.

Now I am trying to install fedora core four x86_64 on the 250 gb I have left. It comes up, I hit enter for the regular install. I double checked all my media, so I skip the testing to proceed. Then it goes :

running anaconda.....
installs vesa generic driver(is this the prob?)
unknown monitor(I have 2 hooked up, is this the prob?)
finds my ps/2 mouse
starts x-server

then it blanks out the screen, puts a little cursor at the top left and hangs forever. What is goin on?

Hi Samuel, loved you in Pulp Fiction

How did you check? md5sum? Perhaps run the check anyway...

I would suggest using one monitor till the install is done. The install cd likely doesn't have xinerama, and is quite possibly very confused.

just having one monitor or even putting it into low res mode on the install doesn't fix anything. Does it have to do with my raid config?
