Audio very low in Fedora-37-KDE

I'm having low volume problem on a Fedora-37-KDE new computer.
I have a built in Audio Pro and A HDMI sound device with a dual Speakers and a built in and a builtin speaker in this computer, this new computer and all I can get is about Half sound in both devices, If I go into Fedora audio settings , I can get the settings adjusted up to 150% but the sound level will not rise any higher.
I know the Dual speakers will work at higher sound level, I had them working in another computer. but not in this computer.

Most sound has alsa underneath. Have you checked alsamixer?

What's Fedora using for sound these days anyhow? Pulse? Pipewire? Some other alpha nightmare nobody's heard of yet?

Are you pulling my leg? You registered before me, have 1,710 posts to your name, and have to ask that?

[sudo] lspci or [sudo] lsusb
for pcie or usb cards respectively. Post the output of the one that has the soundcard.

business_kid, I have been using Linux since 1995 and I'am now 83 yrs old and I have forgotten a lot since then. I hope when you reach 83 your memory is still good, possible better than mine.

I did lspci and it says this NEW computer has two Audio Devices a,

1b.0 Nvidia GP107GL Rev.a1 High Def Audio

00.1 Intel Corp C220 Rev.05 High Def Audio

On this Computer there is only one port that has Audio and the Audio level is very low.
I went into Fedora settings and set the sound up to 150% and it changes nothing.

Thank you for the info you sent me.

I'm using Fedora Rawhide MateCompiz (what will be F39) on my HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini with only one sound card. When I start alsamixer, it shows only one channel; Master. If I press F6 to select the sound card, and select HDA Intel PCH, I get the display shown in the attachement and can use it to adjust the sound level. I'm using external speakers connected via the headphone jack. Upping the level of Master boosts the volume, the same as using the Sound Preferences applet.
