X broke


Trying to install compiz, X stopped working correctly.
GNOME goes into a continuous loop at the login screen, fluxbox is is low resolution and X apps crash and direct running without a window manager (e.g. (X &) && firefox) shows wrong colors.

Was that the entire log file? Because it looks like a huge chunk of it is missing.

Actually a chunk is missing because i had to type it by hand.
I will see if i can get X running and copy the whole log but i doubt it.
