SSh on pc Distant:howto fat32 chkdsk then resize, install Debian, check the grubboot?

Hello,

SSh on pc Distant:howto fat32 chkdsk then resize, install Debian, check the grubboot?
I wanna install a machine, distant with ssh -X,
I have root access, and have to resize the windows first partition, then install debian sid, then tweak the grub boot cuz there will be a grub :
fedora, windows, and debian. What a lot to do only with ssh ?
Qemu via X for the boot?

Any ideas accepted !
thanks
