Sid net-install using ADSL

Because of a problem i will install again Debian Sid on my computer. The thing is that my connection is ADSL with username and password authentication. I've downloaded the root.img, boot.img and net-drivers.img floppies but the only way that i can install with this floppies is via DHCP or a static IP. If you know a trick to install Debian Sid via adsl please let me note.

have you tried using the boot cd? it may have more configuration options for using your connection.

There isn't one. Don't hijack someone's thread. Post one of your own (like you already did). Go to www.debian.org and get the sarge net-installer and upgrade to sid (the developer's edition - broken often). Read the release notes.

I think the PPPoE tools are on the disks, but I've not had the pleasure of non-dialup authentication. Sorry.
