Movie Player not Playing Audio Stream in Wheezy

Some of my favourite streams give this message when I'm trying to play them in the Movie Player:

"Could not determine type of stream"

How do I load the right codac, or whatever its called?

Thanks,
JP.

With the term "movie player" I assume you mean gnome's default player, totem, which is a frontend of gstreamer, so all you have to do is to install the proper gstreamer plugin.
