Hey! I see that in the installation the default FS used when I choose to format a partition is ext3. I can choose reiserfs in the list, but it is not the default. Why? Isn't it reiserfs better than ext3?
Reiser is more secure, stores bigger chunks of files, bit slower though. If you plan to use NTFS partitions ReiserFS will present problems. Windows partitions may be accessible via root only
Ah, yes! Almost forgot I use EXT3 on Slack and SuSE and just happy about it, because I need FAT32 partition as a Backup. RaiserFS always bugged me for password. EXT3 is a strong silent type
