I updated to Lenny, and noticed three glitches in GNOME

I just updated my Debian Etch system to Lenny, and noticed three GNOME glitches which were not present in Etch.

I've filed bug reports and have made a video demonstrating them:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQsbV1hAVxY

Two of the bugs are just slightly annoying, but one of them, the "always on top" bug, is quite awful. If you use the "always on top" feature at all, it's guaranteed to drive you mad.

These are GNOME glitches, which aren't specific to Debian. I've filed bug reports, and I'm posting this video to help raise awareness.

Has anyone else noticed these bugs? Has anyone else been annoyed by them?

I'd like to request that this thread be moved to "Linux - General" for this reason:
