I have now Debian stable, but the packages are very old. How can I update to Debian testing?

Edit the file...

And change the word "stable" to "testing" for each source.

Save the file..

Then issue the fallowing commands...

apt-get update

apt-get upgrade

apt-get dist-upgrade
