Grub boot loader gone.

I have a dual boot going with WinXP on one drive and Debian on the second drive. Well I had to re-install Windows and when I did of course the Grub boot loader is gone. What would be the easiest way of booting back into my Debian system so I can setup grub again. I tried using the Debian Net Install CD I have but I did not see a "Rescue" option to boot into.

Try booting with a Live CD (like Knoppix) and rescue your system from that
