from audi format to mp3 format


Heya,

Could you tell me a good graphic application that convert audio to mp3 format.

the program is called-- LAME
it converts .wav files to .mp3 format...........

To get lame in Debian, you should add Marillat's sources as described here: http://debian.video.free.fr/ Lame isn't in the official Debian packages. There is also a graphical program called Grip to convert wav to mp3. However, it is easier to use lame from the command line.
