fam or gamin? -- Debian 12 XFCE
problem: thunar sometimes does not refresh listings upon file-changes.
question: should i be using `fam` or `gamin` or something else for file-monitoring?
background: i've in-place upgraded my Debian since version 9 if not older. when i `aptitude versions fam` it does not show it listed from the stable repo. (100, no repo). `aptitude versions gamin` shows it listed in stable repo.
