Debian.security.org testing gpg error

When I issue the apt-get update command I reciece the following error:

GPG error: http://security.debian.org testing/updates Release: Unknown error executing gpgv

I have looked around, however I cannot seem to find a solution anywhere. This has only just started happening the last three days or so, I never had this message appear before. Is it a problem at my end with gpg keys, or is something at the server end and if I wait a few days the issue will be corrected?

Does anyone have any solutions to the problem.

Thanks in advance

Michael.

Don't have the problem myself so I can't test it, but this guy appears to know what he's doing, in attacking the problem.

that site doesnt offer any help, it assumes your clokc is wrong, but mine is correct, I cannot see anything wrong in the trusted.gpg file.

Anyone have any ideas how to solve the problem.
